Returns & Exchanges

At SUKU Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-dyed pieces; if you're not, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original SUKU packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your order invoice.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable postal service to send your package back to our Melbourne studio.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
